i suppose a big update is due,
i have once again moved, not too far, only a few blocks over and up from the last place.
bradley, who i was living with, went off the deep end, (although i feel as though he has been doing it all for attention) got fired from his good job, (an aveda salon in downtown seattle) and told me he was moving out not 4 weeks ago. so, what am i do to? helene told me she would move someplace with me, so we found a cute little apartment. hardwood floors, a little cave for our bed, and adorable vintage chairs that double as a loveseat. its nice, and im happy. (OH AND, its the same exact building my grandmother lived in during the 50s, same floor, just different sides of the building. its not a very big building)
tomorrow is thanksgiving, we are poor from moving,
which ultimately led us to steal our tofurky thanksgiving feast!
yes, yes! we stole it! we saved a good $17 though!
other things,
last night i made delicious vegan grilled cheese sandwiches, hers with pesto, mine without, and tomato basil soup for dipping.
i work an 8 hour closing shift on black friday,
the starbucks that i work at is right on 5th avenue, which is the street the christmas parade goes down before the tree lighting that happens at night. last year the wait time for drinks was almost an hour, and we have to send people to run over to westlake (which is about 2 blocks from my store) to grab milks that are needed because we end up running out during the day.
i love downtown seattle when it is lit up during the holidays.
i forgot my mothers birthday on the 20th! she didnt mind, only because i worked 40+hours last week.
nothing else is worth mentioning at the moment. |

since last night, rain has steadily been pouring and the thunder and lightening is the main show
( come again some other day )
OH YAH.
Helenes mother is possibly, most likely buying us tickets to Europe for next September.
We would hopefully land in Berlin, head to Hamburg, Hannover, Brussels, Amsterdam, down to Paris and then up to England in the time period of 3 or so weeks. If I had it my way we would travel via IcelandAir so we could have a long, long layover in Reykjavik.
